#buildingPLR finally revealing where my store is

Therapy Day.

I can finally reveal where I’m building my first location.

It’s at Irvine Spectrum - one of the nicest and busiest malls on the west coast.

Below is an aerial of the center:

You’ll see from the arrow that this location is next to:

• The Alley - a popular 400+ unit boba shop from Taiwan

• Shake Shack

• Cheesecake Factory

• The Irvine Improv

• Wood Ranch

• Regal movie theater

• Silverlake Ramen

• The Dive Oyster Bar

• Paul Martin’s Steakhouse

• California Pizza Kitchen

• So many more ideal co-tenants

We’re also directly next to a famous gelato bar from Brazil - Bacio di Latte - that has almost 200 locations worldwide. It’s currently in construction and they’re a perfect neighbor.

And the restaurant I took over?

The old Roll Em Up store, there.

(there’s my partner Thomas who can’t even spare a minute to smile for the camera; love/hate the guy)

I mentioned in a previous issue, that the owner was letting go of the space for personal reasons.

I want to respect that privacy, so please do not ask about the details behind that.

I’m relieved to share this, because I can get really meaty with the details of our build-out - for better storytelling, value to you as a reader, and documentation of my journey.
